Kath Wood |
Disability training and consultancy specialist
Kath’s entire career has been focussed on disability, neurodiversity and mental health. Following her degree in Psychology she spent the first 15 years of her career working in and managing residential, support living and day centres for people with learning disabilities.
Following this, Kath moved into employment services for people with disabilities, where she began by delivering training sessions to disabled job seekers before moving into a coaching role for other employment advisors to increase their disability and mental health knowledge. The team then expanded its remit to deliver training and consultancy support to businesses on the topics of mental health and disability.
