Meet the presenters
Harriet Allen |
Accelerator, Segment Manager
Harriet is Allianz’s first Broker Partner Segment Manager, and is a champion of local independent brokers. She is responsible for the delivery of the Accelerator proposition, an exclusive offering to our sub £1m brokers across the UK. Harriet joined Allianz on the Management Trainee Scheme in 2015. After enjoying roles with Allianz Legal Protection and Commercial Motor Underwriting, she joined Distribution as a Business Development Manager in 2018 before excelling to becoming Distribution Manager. In 2023 she joined the Broker Distribution Management Team to help lead and implement Allianz’s segmentation strategy.
Accelerator, Segment Manager

Strategic Claims Proposition Manager
Kay has over 20 years of claims experience. She joined Allianz in 2000 and after having a number of claims roles now leads a team of nationwide Claims Proposition Managers. She also looks after Allianz UK’s claims relationship with our strategic broker partners. Working closely with our distribution team, Kay ensures Allianz delivers an outstanding customer-first claims service.

Kay has over 20 years of claims experience. She joined Allianz in 2000 and after having a number of claims roles now leads a team of nationwide Claims Proposition Managers. She also looks after Allianz UK’s claims relationship with our strategic broker partners. Working closely with our distribution team, Kay ensures Allianz delivers an outstanding customer-first claims service.

Curtis is a seasoned technical claims investigator with over 20 years of diverse experience within the claims industry. Currently, he leads a dedicated team of claims investigators, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support and guidance at every stage of the investigation process.
